Services

Arias Automated provides website development, web application development, automation, and related services as described in individual proposals and service agreements. [Review.]

Pricing

Published prices are starting rates. Final pricing is defined in your proposal. Third-party services and unusual hosting usage may be billed separately. [Review.]

Monthly plans and support allowances

Monthly plans are capacity-based service retainers. Monthly fees begin when the website launches. Update allowances (Starter 2 hours, Growth 4 hours, Premium per agreement) expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over. Fixes for our own implementation errors do not use the allowance. Additional approved work is billed at $75/hour. No plan includes unlimited changes, maintenance, or hosting. [Review.]

Ownership

Upon full payment of the setup fee, the client owns the delivered website or application. If a monthly plan is cancelled, the client assumes responsibility for hosting and maintenance. [Define handover process and notice period.]
